£10 withdrawal without permission

i have looked on my bank statment and there was a withdrawal of £10 from the 13th april 2010 without my permission, i want to know what these people are going to do about it, i would like my money back in my bank, and i want nothing more to do with shoppersdiscount.co.uk,

get my money back I have not subscribed with this company they charged me over 150 GBP.I would like to get my money back.
