Charged for nothing

Unauthorised purchase
On checking my Visa statement today I notice that on 21/08/2015 I have been charged $US39.95 ($NZ64.10) by Showmeflix.Com. I did not authorise this transaction.
If I'd been interested in purchasing I would have taken advantage of the free trial offer first.
Please credit my account accordingly.
