2009, I had given Rs. 2 Lakhs against booking advance for a flat in Moon waters in Aqua City project. I was not satisfied with their deal because they were showing up all illusion dreams that the flats will be handed over in 2011. They sent me a email stating that my flat allotment is cancelled and they would remit my money-back once its allotted to another person. I sent many reminders to them, they are not responding. I see from their website that still the work is pending. Like these, how many people would have lost their hard earned money. Can somebody advise what is to be done.
