I've been shopping at STP for almost 15 years. Spent over $25K net with them. My last order got cancelled without as much as an e-mail. No response to the e-mail I sent to customer service. Finally on chat they tell me it is because I returned too many items. Really? Well if you are above a certain age and maybe not the easiest to fit size, this is how it goes when you buy on line. I always return everything that doesn't fit as soon as I get it, in perfect condition, and pay the shipping. So what's the problem? Very disappointed by the STP attitude. Amazon here I come.
