Simple Mobile/ Tracfone is not giving tme the information about my stolen cell phone even though i have paid the monthly bill to keep tabs on where it is, i have police report, the serial, sims and the brand of the phone but they are claiming that i have to get a subpena for my own cell history. its publuic record that i can have those items.

my complaint is theat someone stole my galaxy s2 SGT989 cell phone and i made a police report have the serial sims and model number and faxed it to tracfhone simple model. they are claiming i need a subpena to acces my own cell phone history. ive talked to five differant houston police officers and they told me that i only needed my police report to access my cell phone history do not use tracfhone or simple mobile for cell service use boost mobile, sprint, att, or hell verizon but not tracfone
