The staff Nordinah was very rude talkin to me , i explained to her l need passport urgent as my oversea Friend critically ill she replied me if she die can't help it. This is terrible, I want her manager to reply me why this staff so rude

I went to collect my new NRIC feeling good. I was to wait for counter 7-10 and I browse through the counter staff. I am praying I will not get counter 7 with a stern look auntie. All counter can smile except for her. But in the end, I was so lucky to get her. I brought my toddler son along with me. We sat down in front of her, as I am getting out the documents needed, she started to give me an angry look. Why am I so slow? She hold my thumb on the machine for thumbprint but the machine was unclean! Unclean from previous user. That freak me out. After that she did not even give me a tissue when I asked! Then she sternly said look at the camera! My son was beside me and I did move a little and I heard her saying DO NOT MOVE! Then again I had to face the camera.my son touch me and I move again. She said DO NOT MOVE with a angry tone. I was piss off. Sorry to raise my voice but I have been tolerating her from the start. I told her, why must you give me such attitude? Everyone wants good service, I ask for the manager and a polite manager came out to serve me. If only I can change counter and need not see that sulky face auntie. NRIC is a very personal thing, she scan my thumbprint with loads of marks and empty space. It was printed in my new SGD60 NRIC now. I am sad that no matter ica hotline or staff are rude to me. Never expect such low pay staff to make your day. They never knew what is customer service. Do not waste your time smiling at them or even be friendly with them!
