As I was doing that, the rude officer came to me and pulled me by pulling my bag really hard. I nearly fell. Then another lady officer sitted in front scolded me and said because of me my sister had problems w her passport ! What nonsense! She had problems that was why I tried to help her. Why can’t Singaporeans treat Malaysians in a more civilised manner? There was no need to pull me by tugging at my bag so hard that I nearly fell - he just needed to ask me to step aside. The stupid Indian lady officer need not add salt to wound by blaming me. I will be bringing this up to my legal counsel on the safety threat by the officer and am seeking for an explanation from the immigration department.
