My name is Farhat Fatma. I was visited singapore yesterday I have hotel booking show money return ticket but the immigration officer deports me. No specific reason of deporting. They harass me whole night by asking questions and useless talking. I have return ticket but they took my dollars and book a new ticket by jet airways they waste my money too. This is not my first visit i already visited 5-6 times before. Still officer harasses me yesterday i just reach india and file a complaint against officer. My passport number is N6609262. As I walked arrived in budget termindal in changi singapore me and my fiance who has been working in singapore approached the officer together and was very angry at the fact and asked us to go back to the line and let the people behind us go first. he raised his voice and said "NO! you cut the line and go back" I couldnt really understand what he was trying to say at first but then we gave way. so as we waited it was my turn, immediately the officer took one look at my passport and asked me to go the office while my fiance as she has a working visa went through ok. so as i was passed on to the malay/indian immigration officer she took my papers, passport, return ticket and asked me to sit down in her office "without even talking to me or explaining to me whats going on" so as i sat there for about 5-10 mins without any explanation I decided to ask nicely "so madam, what seems to be the problem(with a smile on my face)" she instantly looked at me and screamed "Why?? immigration cannot do work??? cannot? cannot? " I was shocked, how can an immigration officer be this rude. I don't care if she was having a bad day at work or if its her time of the month. this was unacceptable! I have never been treated this way. I have been through alot of countries and this was the first time this has happened to me. so after that i replied by saying yes you can do your work, wow... and she went about her business cheking my records and if my return ticket is legit. which everything was. so she went outside as my fiance was waiting for me and according to my fiance she was angry even outside raising her voice and passed my passport and ticket to a chinese male officer. the officer then came in and checked my passport infront me and said "OK" thats it? I stepped outside and talked to him about the other lady why was she so arrogant and rude to me and he just kept on saying sorry to me and that it was all a random check. what kind of a random check was that? without even explaining to me in the first place!? and not even asking me anything. jesus christ singapore. immigration officers need a refresher course on how to be a good immigration officer....

And by the way just so you all know this lady looks malay/indian with bangs(doll cut hair style) and has dark skin. watch out for her if ever you go through budget terminal singapore

I really dont like the lady Immigration officer Singapore. She looks like Indian and impolite also.
