Horrible customer service officers encountered today . Rude sarcastic n impatient .
Does not understand request n help customer's need, no empathy , n ' volunteered' services which I didn't ask for. First time see a cs officer so enthusiastically chase a customer away by offering to put up a case for officer to contact me to sign off their company .
Singtel , do carefully sieve thru yr cs as they r ones to help Ur company to turn away business.
