Fault contract
I have recontract my postpaid plan on 20April 2018. Customer service verbally confirm with me the add-on service to be subscribe under the recontract and ask me to sign without showing us the contract details. (I thought there’ll be hardcopy print out for our reference after we signed the contract based on previous practise). However, we are informed that the contract will email to us after 1-3-7working days(different cs giving different comment). After numerous email and call to singtel, finally the contract was emailed to me, but without providing password to open the file. The password only reach me on 7May after several email/call to SingTel again!
The service provided was really poor. What make me totally disappointed with SingTel is When I open and read thru the contract. There is some add-on service included in my contract which I already insist to reject at the time of recontract. I call to SingTel service line and I was told to cancel the add-on dvd using online apps and charges will still apply from the date of recontract up to the date I cancel from the SingTel apps. This is the way SingTel use to cheat and earn from its customer, no different as robber.
