If you look at reviews and their BBB rating, you will see they are very dishonest.
I was a customer for several years, They did a very poor job of keeping my website
up to date. When I discontinued, they asked for money to transfer the domain name,
and then they refused to transfer the name to me. I had to start over with a completely different
web site.

Do not do business with this company!!!! Very unprofessional and will tell you one thing and do another. Senthil the owner is a very good and smooth talker but not truthful. He told me things about me signing up with them and that they will buy out my remaining contract even after I told him I just sign with the Berry company and would like to double check my contract with Berry. Of course he insisted that to get the deal he was offering at that time I had to sign then at the ASBA symposium. I again informed him I would need to review my contract with Berry when I returned home, but he assured me that it would not be a problem and they will buy out whatever was remaining on my contract. when they researched how mush the buy out will be they reneged on the offer presented and claimed the buy out was too much. Thus I tried complaining and explaining to Rick Ok the original representative assigned to me. I then asked to speak to Senthil about what he had promised but he has yet to contact me personally after my many request. All rick was able to tell me was that in Nov of 2016 they would buy out my remaining contract with Berry(there would be 3mo remaining) but will not charge me a monthly fee of $450.00 a month until August 2017. This was very upsetting to me as I reason I signed up with this company was there was a promise of a buy out. That being said come November of 2016 I get a different representative Armondo Bonilla. This guy is USELESS. He will lie and deceive you in anyway possible just to cover his ass. Anyway in November I get a call stating that the buy out will not happen due to cost still being too much but again they said they would instead credit me the monthly fee until August 2017 AGAIN. the funny thing though is when I got my credit card statements for October, November and December there were charges of $450.00 each month. I contacted Armondo about this and he assured me that it was an accounting mistake and that the charges would be credited back to my credit card in a few days. I then started waiting and checking my account for the credits but they were never credited. I then phoned and e-mailed Armondo about this and he had every excuse as to why it wasn't credited but then again assured me that it would be done. In late Dec. he contacted me after I left numerous message that were unanswered saying that Senthil was in India but will deal with returning my $1300.00 when he gets back. after that I followed up with Mr. Useless and asked that Senthil call me. He then tells me that Senthil returned from India with a bad case of bronchitis but will contact me when he gets better. NO call or even e-mail from him. Then of course Armondo gives me an
excuse that "the Owner" doesn't return phone calls to customers. At this point i was fed up and requested that my money be returned to my account immediately and that I will terminate my business dealings with American Dental Software. I have yet to get my credit. Infact they theatened to take me to small claims court in CA. THESE PEOPLE AND COMPANY ARE CROOKS AND SHOULD NOT BE TRUSTED. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. EVEN THE STUFF THEY WROTE ON MY WEBSITE WAS INCORRECT AND SEEMED LIKE A ARMATURE WROTE IT NOT A PROFESSIONAL AS THEY CLAIM TO BE.. INMY OPINION THESES PEOPLE ARE THIEVES. IF YOU RESEARCH THIS COMPANY YOU'LL SEE I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE WHO HAS PROBLEMS WITH THEM. LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE AND DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM!!!

Senthil is number one fraud. Karim is assistant fraud manager. They employ a Spanish man just reply e mail with no responsibilities. They use others copy righted picture. I end up with paying more than $5000 for there fraud. They steal others copy righted picture put you in your web site then we held responsible for it. They hijacked my web domain name and sold to others. Thank God I get ride off them long time ago. They used to put stalls in dental conferences to cheat poor dentis for a site which cost $700 only they charge $8000 +. ADA and CDA must black list them and caution other dentist about their fraud.

I tried to get help because I can't access my email. I was told its not their problem call Apple. I think I will…. along with many other people and companies/agencies. You would think your web site company could walk you through these problems, after all they are computer people. Maybe not.

Management is unethical.....employees who are not qualified are made as managers.Employees are basically used and thrown.Employees who are working there from longtime are doing dirty politics.These are people who are not qualified & not capable to lookout for one more job.This company should be blacklisted.Please do not make an attempt to join this company.448

Siva is producing pirated website designs only. No good designer working in Bangalore locations. They are copying design from template monster and adjusting color, image etc...

gud joke american dental software, inc, you asked me to copy anotheer website when i work there, dont lie. all websites copy from other. dont lie again. yes i am the office boy, but this office boy is appointed as designer by american dental software.

These guys, Senthil and Karim are running a scam website hosting business. They promised me the world and charged me over $9000 in less than a year to make me a web site and do SEO plus a bunch of other BS that they fed me.

Unfortunately I fell for it and gave them the authorization code to my domain name. Senthil changed the authorization code to my web site and basically stole my web identity. When I realized that they are scam artist and asked them to transfer my domain name back to me, they stopped answering their phones and basically left on my own. They are full of S@#t. stay away from them.

I really want to abuse u. But because it is not the way to reply to things you have posted. I am also an employee of the same company in Bangalore. The only thing you pissed me off is that "pirated website designs". What do you think we do here. It take a lot of time to design a website, you know that? and we take so much pain for the customer satisfaction and deigning, suddenly some dump guy comes and say its pirated. You said you were a previous employee what were you the OFFICE BOY? I guess the gate keeper thats why you dont know what is really happening inside the office.
