Company refuses to refund purchase price per their "satisfaction guaranteed" policy.
It it setup so that you cannot get a refund. Guarantee requires that you try the machine first, but then you must return it in "new" condition, which as it turns out, means "unused". Company would not issue refund because they claimed the machine was not "new" anymore.

Stay away from this company and it's owner, John Scimone.

What John is saying above simply is not true!!
1) I did not try to keep it and get a refund. I sent it back to him and requested my money back. He told me it was damaged in transit, so he would not refund.
2) Based on what he said, I filed a claim with UPS to check for package damage he was claiming. They did not find any!
3) Mr. Scimone has yet to issue me a refund. My credit card company and PayPal are arguing with him still.
