for residential. Now speak to sales person for sometime 20 mins you will understand how

big big dialog they can through and how big liar they are! I have seen many builder as of

now, so my request to all the Bangalorean, whenever you wish to purchase any property

from builder specially c/d grad builder, please speak to people & check review about them

then if you like the project & select a site then while booking pay a post dated cheque for

decent time which is enough to validate papers with good advocate. After you are done

with papers, go ahead clear the cheque but while doing sale agreement get the terms and

condition checked by advocate again, add some clause if he suggests, don’t let these kind of

monkey kind of builder dance on you, because when you do sale agreement, your 25% min

money is blocked. If you are going for full payment then be more cautious, specially avoid C/

D grade builder like SKYBLUE ESTATES.
