I went to atm and had a cash dispense error the money was taken off my card and skylight sent documents that wasn't from the bank atm I use stating that I my funds was reversed back to me which was never reverse to me i sent all the documents that clearly states I didn't get my money and they still want give me my money back saying it's on the bank who else can I speak to regarding this matter

Worst company and human being I have ever dealt with. They take your money, forbid transfer to outside accounts, and refuse to issue checks so you may withdraw. These people are terrible rude criminals and every time I call they do shady things like cancel my card without permission or zero my account balance, taking away my entire paycheck for days.

THESE PEOPLE ARE DISGUSTING CRIMINALS WHO SHOULD BE FORBID FROM CONDUCTING BUSINESS.

DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES UNLESS YOU DO NOT WANT YOUR MONEY SPENDABLE OR ACCESSIBLE.

I am having the worse CUSTOMER SERVICE with Skylight Financial ever! I called Monday October 13, 2014 to informed that an online service is taking unauthorized payments from my account & I asked what can I do to stop this from happening again; the Representative said to cancel my card & he will reissue me a new one that will take 3 to 5 days to come to me. Now I have no access to my money; I have no food, I have no gas for car & I'm not able to pay my bills.
I spoke with a Supervisor this morning about my issue he definitely was NOT trying to keep me as a customer; he told me I won't receive my new card until October 27, 2014 & said the company do not offer over night service anymore to expedite my card to get to me so I can have immediate access to my funds.

This is A Very SERIOUS ISSUE FOR ME AS THEIR CUSTOMER!!

i agree... I am on the phone right now with the company due to a ATM malfunction... and Skylight took the money off of my card and NOTHING dispensed from the ATM. They are being very rude in regards to trying to handle the matter. I literally just got laughed at by a customer service guy that thought it was pretty funny that I am waiting this long for them to handle the matter. Then the manager got on the phone and laughed... what type of company is this? They have children handling customer service... IT ALMOST SOUNDS LIKE CHILD LABOR! They have NO IDEA whats going on. Its Sad and VERY unprofessional.

Skylight deactivated my card without telling me and proceeded to charge me every month for an inactivity fee. When I tried to contact them I could only get a hold of an automated system. When I was to be transferred to an actual attendant, I'd either get hung up on, or the call would repeat from the very beginning. I am extremely displeased with Skylight Financial. When I finally got a hold of them they even charged me to close my account.
