Deliver a parcel to an unknown person
I have purchased facial masks from an online company, with this order id: MG180619N00002 dated 19.06.18.
Shipped out since 19.06.18 (however i never received, initially i though it mayb preorder from oversea thats why took time to deliver to me & i wait). After a month, i still have not received them. Thus , I DM to this online company, & their reply was my parcel have been since a mth ago) I was "WHAT?".
In that afternoon, i received a call from SKYNETs' customer service-named Jasmine/Yasmine, told me their rider had passed my parcel to a guy named 'David', & she asked whether my place got a worker named David, i said yes but he is a foreigner, impossible your rider will pass to him. what your rider will record for the ID no? (as what I understood as I a frequent online buyer, most of shipping company rider they need a local IC no for record)...
And the issue was my worker said he never receive the parcel ( A worker with no fluent Bahasa Malaysia). GOSHHH....
& i have told the Jasmine, my worker denied it & my Query to her how come their rider can simply pass to a person whose name was not as per the consignment note? & She cant give me a good explaination & kept me waiting her reply call for a month ya...
SKYNETs' PIC, please check for your staff & give me a good explanation on this( I request for a compensation for my loss)
