We already own a queen size Beauty Rest Mattress which there was nothing wrong with it. In March 2012 my husband (66 yrs old) had a massive heart attack and was not sleeping well, was very restless and I was not getting any sleep as well. I suggested that we purchase a King Size mattress and we then went to Sleep Country which was advertised as the best place to purchase as well as very qualified sales people. We purchased a Beauty Rest Lumbar support costing $1,339.39 at Sleep Country, McPhillips Ave., Winnipeg, MB and as well we purchased two pillows costing $200.00. The mattress is turned out to be very soft and you feel like you are sinking in a hole. I contacted Sleep Country and they advised me to try a process which is on the internet. I don't feel that we should have to do this as we are both seniors and not about to lift a king size mattress to see if there is a problem. A sales person should be sent out to see what the problem is,
