I bought an expensive Serta ISeries pillow top mattress 14 months ago from Sleepy's/ AKA Mattress Firm. I was told the mattress would last around 20-25 yrs per the salesperson. Well, the mattress has sunken-in deeply on one side of the bed, I have been having chronic back pain and horrible sleep. I contacted the warranty department and explained the problem. First thing they asked me is if there were any stains on the mattress. I told them there was a small stain on the foot of the bed from wine that had been spilled....approximately about the size of a quarter. I was then told this voided the warranty. Are you kidding me I asked? Nope was the reply. I asked how a stain on the foot of the mattress could effect the mattress sinking in at the top. They gave me some BS explanation about absorption of fluids causing the damage They are so full of BS. I will NEVER...EVER buy a mattress from this company ever again and I will spread the word about their poor business practice, misleading information and poor quality products everywhere possible.
