I've been playing SLOTOMANIA for years now and I reached ROYAL DIAMOND level and I was shocked last week when I opened to play and all my coins 160 Billion coins were gone and I was at BRONZE level ID 154000013012443 . I've been contacting support and my VIP manager Bella Williams but they haven't replied to any of my cries for help.I contacted FACEBOOK and signed in with a new account but its BRONZE and my old account is lost.
