I receive calls every month about my account being delinquent, even though I have received an email previously that a payment has been made for the month.
My account was assumed by SLS from Wells Fargo and I have not had my account marked delinquent for years until now that my account has been taken over by SLS, even though payments have been made through autopay . When the account was switched, a letter stated only the account numbers had to be adjusted for ACH (Autopays)payments.
My payments have been consistent and made before the 16th of the month. This has been told to them every month. I should not receive a call and my account should not be marked delinquent.
