SMALLWORLDS.com does not publish their company name, address or phone number anywhere on their website. They also mask their domain ownership using DomainsByProxy.com

I am not here to judge how they should run their business but this does not seem like how a credible company would do business. After spending time researching roots, I can share following information with anyone interested in learning more about this company!

They are a New Zealand based company. Their twitter handle is @Smallworlds and you may want to send them your complains using social media such as Facebook and Twitter to expose any of their activities that you are concerned about.
