Billing Problems
Prior Complaint Sent 10/16/16 : Today I called again 10/18/16 At 9:25 (33.24 min) Gave the run around again will submit to Resolution dept. Not able to give me phone or email number and that the Customer service dept there may not be able to help me, so Kristen #3125 would have to email internally. I expressed again my problem for the past 10 months wrong bill's. Still getting 2 bills. She said I could cancel but pay the cancelation fee. I said I refused to do to I have not been provided the service I was promised. I told her I wanted this problem fixed by end of this month October caused my 1 year is up November. I was promised a bill for no more than 100.00 (tv,internet) I will stop paying and would not want to have it put on my Credit Report. I will send back all the equipment I have also. She said she was going to talk to them about waiving my cancellation fee. I said honestly I would like to cancel, I have put to much of my time every month on hold promised call back, I work 2 jobs and told them the time I am available. I have also spoke to someone In Jamica,,,, go figure....
