No edge on rotary edger

I really like this manual edger with a 6 inch wide wheel, but the cutting wheel has a smooth edge like it wasn't sharpened. There is a warning about the sharp edge.
This edger won't work with a smooth edge on the wheel. You can run your finger all the way around the wheel without a bit of an edge sharp enough to cut anything. Please send me a sharpened cutting wheel! Thank you
