On 8/30/12 I went to wash, blow dry and iron my hair at smart style. When I arrived I asked for a hair dresser that had quoted me a price the week before. She wasn't there and the manager did my hair. She asked me how much the other person had told me and I told her $18.99. When I went to pay, she came up with these charges: $18.95 dried hair, $5.00 for medium length(my hair is short), $3.00 for conditioner, and $5.00 for shampoo and iron touch up. I believe $31.95 is a bit excessive specially when I was unhappy about the way my hair came out. I told the manager how I felt about the charges and she told me she had to charge me for everything separate because that's the store policy.
