I have had multiple dealings with Smart Tuition, as forced by my kids' schools, and they have been repeatedly unreliable, unhelpful, and almost dishonest in dealing with me and my tuition balances. Credits are not reflected, late payments are consistently assessed despite giving them more than 10business days to process payments (which is absurd), statements are not sent, and promises from phone calls are not followed through on.
How many phone calls and wasted hours are needed to correct basic errors on their part?
Why are credits from past years not transferred over automatically - requiring multiple phone calls, and why can't they keep accurate balances on tuition statements? It makes me believe there may be ongoing fraud.
