We have ordered smart phone but your company send us Smartab android tablet 7 inch x 2 id delivery on 26.04.2014 we have paid cash Rs.6000/= to your delivery boy, but before paid cash we have talked to him to check it he say it will be check after payment and if that will be wrong according to your order then it will be free replace but when we open packet we found other thing according to our order, secondly your product not in running position may be software problem or any other technical problem, we have continue calling your customer care no.18605001860 as talked Mr. laxman on 01.05.2014, Mr. Azar on 02.05.2014 & then talked with our sr supervisor Mr. Rajesh on 02.05.2014 & lot of talk after 26.04.2014 we also requested to take repack it because if any mistake have been us as seen your advertisement on television but we don’t believe that rally u r harassment to customer to sending to customer wrong product.

We sincerely required to u pls pick your product at the earliest. As your company is mnc Rs.6000/= in very small amt but view of any customer Rs.6000/= is huge amount

As your supervisor asked to me D.O. letter tobe sanction then we will take return our & he given me one telephone no. which are # 09555699988. I have dial this number & talked to Mr.Ajay & explain all history about the product he reply me we cannot issue u any D.O. letter we can replace & repair the product
After then 15.33 hrs I have received one call vide phone no.91-2241286600, discussed with about my mail (copy of my mail attached herewith) for your record please I have already complaint today morning through mail to company mail id. I ask about my all problem & request to return it & refund my paid amount he assure me your product will be take return back & your mail matter are under process which will be solved shortly, earlier company sr person will call back you about system of return product
Really who person book this product by phone he is Mr.Pratap singh, House no.2888-A, Sector-55, Faridabad, Haryana. Mr.Pratap singh working in Indian army now he gone here duty in Jammu & Kashmir in Galisher no 1 he cannot come back till 5-6 month & her Mrs. cannot collect any D.O. letter so u r requested to send any executive to collect it by your billing address, I really ask u this time her family r very under pressure already she is not felling well so please take immediate action in this regards otherwise we will take some other stick action in the regards.
