I placed an order for a product on 1/3/12. I checked the order status screen and it said my order was "on hold" despite the fact that my PayPal account had been charged. I attempted to communicate with the company to find out what this meant thru multiple emails and phone messages. I never received a reply. I finally had to file a dispute with PayPal to get it resolved. My money was refunded to PayPal within 2 days of filing the dispute. I never received any communication from the company. I will never order from them again.

I also placed an order from this company and they sure got my payment right away, but they never shipped my product and I sent multiple emails and phone calls and used their chat service. I never got ahold of a real person. Wish there was some way I could warn other people that this is a scam site!!!
