A list of things that were done incorrectly and as a first time home buyer we were told they couldn’t be fixed according to the building managers that oversaw my homes construction.
•side yards always flooded and holding water after every rain due to improper grading, pictures taken early in construction and was told it would be fixed and never was.
•severely bubbled areas in luxury wood floors, was told nothing can be done, now floors have started to crack
•warped dining room wall due to framing, notified smith&douglas early on, said nothing can be done even with early notice.
•paint spots throughout the home showing blue through the paint that were never followed up on
