I had ordered a 14 day free trial and receive it 3 days ago, well I was not getting the menthol flavor I was hoping for and called to find out how to return this kit and found out in the process they charged my card for a reorder I never authorized. I was so mad, how can they do that before my trial period was over. Well they said I have to return that when it arrives to get 50% percent back and I screamed and said no it is your fault for ordering and I want a full refund! Then she said to keep the kit and send the order that is on its way for a full refund. I have a funny feeling this is not going to turn out as I expect it to. What more can I do??

I spoke to rep. on the cell about this product and cancel I told the rep.never mind and the rep.still took my money off my debt card.Icalled and ask why the money was taken from my card the rep.said for this order.I do not want this smoke assit rep.said I could not get my money until I return this product.The rep. said I would get this order in a few days that was on 4-2 -12 it is now 4-7-12.I need my money to pay my bills please send my money. The only reason I called they said it was free but it was a trap to get scamed.
