I tried to cancel my membership, and still got charged. Also it took several visits to even inquire about a membership. The posted hours are a total lie. Every time there was supposed to be someone during the posted, they were nowhere to be found. Then when they showed up, they were not professionally dressed and talked on their cellphone the whole time. One time I witnessed a lady sit and wait 20 minuets, while whom ever it was was sitting on a machine and on their cell the whole time. Bad news bears on customer policy and cancellation policy. This branch of snap fitness is located in German village, Ohio. Great facility but lacked in every dept.
