Respected sir/madam,
I ordered Redmi 2 prime 16gb (Order ID: 8681130711) phone on snapdeal on 28 sep 2015.I received this product on 6th oct 2015.After 24 hrs the touch of mobile is not working.I asked snapdeal to refund or return my money.They told just follow these procedure,I followed that but again its not working.Then they told me to consult with Xiaomi toll free number.They told some steps to follow but again my problem is not resolved.Then i told him to give back my refund then they are telling that take DOA or job sheet from service center of xiaomi.I contacted two of the service center.
1. Doctor Fone Services

Both the service center are telling that they don't have the authority to give DOA.Then i asked to snapdeal then they are telling that you have to give DOA otherwise refund or return will not takes place.
They are showing on site 7days easy return policy but now they are not taking any action.I am a student in NIT calicut and the service center is 4 to 5hrs from here.I contacted but they refused to give the DOA.
So please resolve my problem.
