regarding the set top box warranty and replacment

Dear sir,

My name is prakash i am using cable tv service of sneha cable networks from last 1 year and i have been given set top box from last 8months but it was faulty because of some backed power fluctuation from cable wire and it was faulty and it was replaced by them within warranty but they are harassing us to pay 250 for the replacement so please check and do the needful.....
