I went there last year and was SO unimpressed with everything about this place. She blond owner was complaining that she couldn't keep up with the 1800 scoopons she sold because she had a trip to Greece booked righ when everyone was booking for their treatments. The girl who did my laser knew nothing about laser, she couldn't answer any of my questions, none of them had uniforms on and this is the most disgusting thing- as I was lying face down so she could do the back of my legs her very LONG hair that was no tied up was dangling in between my thighs!!! It was so unhygienic and gross I just walked out. The owner is a gutter trash potty mouth who thinks she can swear whilst talking to people who are meant to be paying customers, I hope that this business closes down before more people get literally burnt! I will never ever recommend SO Vain to anyone
