My insurance was cancelled due to supposedly non payment of premium which is a lie. I heard through the grapevine while I was in a nursing home that premium cost had risen. I called Medicare when I was mentally able and was never given the right rate so I continued to make my usual payment. I was told that I was mailed statements but I never received them. I was living with different people and was thinking maybe some of my Mail got thrown away or misplaced. It took two years for me to receive my vehicle title. I've also had numerous complaints made to the USPS about receiving other's mail. Makes me wonder where my Mail is being delivered to but it seems that everyone thinks the USPS is faultless and here I sit with no insurance. I have even been told by a Social Security person that it was hard to believe that I did not receive my Mail. I never have the same carrier. Good help is hard to get. I was also told that hiring an attorney would be a waste of time and money.
