- decide to buy sofa bed and confirm there will be stock on March
- Pay full payment as the sales person said if full payment, courts will deliver faster
- 1st confirm with me will send on Wed (5mar) but later said have to be Sat (8mar)
- until Sat no call what so ever until i have to call the sales person but but he don't answer my call and sms said because he's at the work place. meaning he will not entertain if it's off work (how great is that), then said will call me the next day when at work.
- he did not call again the next day until i call him, he did not answer my call again and send me sms saying his son is sick so cannot answer my call. what is this????
- call to courts helpline and check my sofa delivery status and told me currently no stock and need to wait until 12mar.
- ask when the sofa can delivery to jb or my house cannot answer, ask who can answer my question the helpdesk cannot answer too.
- until now still no answer nor delivery done by them

Conclusion - not happy will the service provide by courts, also giving blank promises which to me it's really bad. I hope to have a clear explanation and compensation on this matter if possible. I hope i will get a good answer here.
