There is long working hours around 9:30hr (10am to 7:30pm) and with lunch berak of only 30 min..we are asked to work even after that we feel that we dont have any personal life.
In Softlink there is no Maternity benifit provided to our female employee,instead they are forcefully asked to put resignation and no.
I wanted to know what the use of goverment to make such laws if the employees are not getting single benifit out of it. There is no maternity leave no job security no payment of maternity is been provide to our female employees and this is really injustice to them.. Laws are there but the company will not follow. I request you to look into both the matter pointed by me so that employees get the benefit,coz company feel there will be no action by the labour inspector they will remain silent will pay them.
