dispute of charges

I was recently charged from Softwared.U-Bill.com for the amount of $118.80 on Oct. 20, 2019. My Visa Debit card with last for .....9815 was charged. I do not wish to have this payment on my card and would like to be re-imbursed for this amount or have my card credited for the charge. I can be reached on my email of [email protected]
