Discovered that a charge of 14.95 was being made to wife's (now deceased) visa account each month by "Solutions Reward". Don't know how long this charge was being made though it has appeared for at least the last 15 months and undoubtedly goes back even further. Our carelessness appears to have cost us hundreds of dollars. Account has been cancelled without any success in getting a refund.
