Edgars is billing me for some data or WIFI thing which I have no idea what it is about and wanting me to pay for it I called numerous times spoke to numerous people and advised them to remove this amount due on my account as I do not receive any data from edgars NO body can help me with this and I am just receiving more and more emails of amounts due which I have advised if I have to ask my network provider to trace on my number if I receive any data I am going to take it further with Edgards I am still waiting for a manager to call me for 3 months now to solve this. the agents is incompetent and do not even know the product themselves but they are working there and need to service us a customers which is very sad and disappointing.
