tickets for wrong date - no refund

I ordered tickets through what I thought was Ticketmaster but it turned out they came from a company called Song Ticketing. The tickets I received were for the wrong date, but I was told there were no refunds after numerous emails. I have filed a complaint with my credit card company (American Express)
