Tasteless BBLT and shake

My family has been eating at the Leavenworth road location once a week since it opened. The last April 14 was awful. Spent 20.02.
That BBLT advertized on TV was tasteless and on a hard bun. Fish was ok but on a hard old bun as well. Onion rings were ok and tots ok.I questioned the server about 2 chocolate shakes ordered. One had very little chocolate and the other had none at all. It was obvious that it was not a chocolate shake but she insisted that it may not be stirred up. Boy 7.75 for 2 shakes is robbery.anyway.
Last trip : two horrible sonic burgers on your buy one get one free deal. Big joke. Complained to manager. I told the mgr that I didn't want anything free. Just do your damn job.

Rude employee

I ordered in the drive thru today and pulled forward in the line to wait for my turn at the window. A Sonic employee came to my car with my order. I took my order and handed her. A $20.00 Bill and the exact coin amount required. She said "give me back the bag". I didn't understand why she wanted the order back and before I could comply she shouted "give me the receipt on the bag". I pulled the receipt off of the bag and handed it to her. I turned away to put the straw in my drink and realized that it had ice in it, I ordered my drink without ice. I held the drink out to her and told her that I ordered mine without ice. The truck in front of me had pulled away and she snapped at me and said "just go to the window". I pulled up to the open window as she came through the door and I heard her say very loudly to the other employees standing there "that woman is being rude". She then came to the window to take the drink and turned and told someone behind her "it says no ice on the ticket". She gave me my correct drink order and then my change. She shorted me $1 and I brought it to her attention. She was all smiles and said "oh, I forgot that you gave me change" and then gave me the dollar that she owed me. I asked for my receipt and she said that she couldn't find it. I told her that was fine and left. She was a young woman with as hateful attitude and is stealing from customers by shorting them and stealing from Sonic by making receipts disappear from the system and pocketing the money paid for the order. There are always good and bad employees anywhere you go but I have never been treated so horribly. That employee is obviously in the wrong line of work and should not be dealing with the public with that attitude.

General manager stealing

Ibwas a assistant manager for 2 years and have worked for four stores.. I have seen many bad mangers in my time.. I really love the company bit when i work for store 3659 I found that the stores gm had her mother working there. I know that is not allowed and after a few months I found out that the gm was stealing from the deposits and carhops... Useing drugs with employees and when I went to the area manager I was let go later to find out that the gm had employees that she had been friends with write statements on me and I was let go and treated like a criminal I just don't understand why the area manager didn't care about the store he took her word even when a few other mangers tried to tell him

Nasty booger in my food bag

On Saturday, June 20, 2015 my family was staying at the La Quinta on Gateway Blvd. We were right across the street and chose to grab a little snack from Sonics before going to bed. A kids 2 pc chicken strips, apples and a watermelon slush was ordered along with the 5 piece cinnasticks. Upon taking the cinnasticks out of the bag, I dumped the napkins and mints onto the bed in which there was a brownish-green piece of something. I thought it to be part of the crust of the cinnasticks; however, upon picking it up it was wet. I thought it to be a booger and 3 other people did also that saw it. I was so disgusted all I could do was walk back over and speak with the manager. He acted as if he was unsure what it was. By the time he seen it in the napkin, it was dried. He did refund me my money back; however, I'm will never eat at a Sonics again and I'm telling all my friends and family about this incident.
