Rudeness/not ideal work place

Im a former employee of the Atascocita Sonic Drive-In.
Staff/managers/supervisor all smoke inside the store in the side stock room cant go back to get cups without walking into cigarette smoke. Frequent smome breaks, some inside and some outside leacing cigarette butts all on the sidewalk/parking space on stall 10 and 9 (where the managment parks. Cooks often come in drunk and high, was told by one themselves that the managers knew and did not care. Messy lot, it's rarely ever clean. Had to ask them to go tend to it. Left a rotting shake that fell on the ground outside the drive through window for a week. Thank god for Hayden (amazing manager) for making people take resonsibility. A girl came in from another sonic quit the next day because the place is a mess, grease looks like its never filtered (ive worked with popeyes and know how greasers are supposed to look. Asked supervisor about it and he said it was supposed to be that way. Even though i liked listening to music while i worked it was often profanity and very loud, the drive through customers can hear it as well as the outside ones when the doors open. A lot of great people are there, but very rude at times. And i recall the manager Mandy calling a costomer ( who had apparently called her one first) a bitch. Where's the professionalism? Often giving free food/drinks in rushes in the morning time just to be quick then deleting those orders like they never happened. Phone rings all the time, managers and staff ignore it because (stated by both the day shift managers) "Yeah we never answer it because we know its comaints." They would often get the same number calling multiple times in a row and they will not answer for the reason of they do not want to deal with it. Frequent visitors from friends/boyfriends. Supervisor Justin more of a friend than a boss, doesnt correct wrong doings that have been done. I was given the job, no real interview because they did not care. Very rude shift leader Lexi, going off on a fellow crew member, an amazing cook named Chy just for sharing a picture of the shirts her and her significant other got (he also works there) and a picture of a tree the next day stating how she ordered it and was so happy, lm Lexi then stated "this isnt ### facebook no one cares". Its survival of the fittest there. Something needs to be done, nothing bit toxicity in that store.

Poor management

The location in Port Arthur, Texas is very sorry. I advise everyone to not go there at all. Poor management skills and the employees are very rachet. This store needs to be shut down. The management curses the customers.

Sweet Tots

Carhops only get paid 3.13 in texas lady, and a lot of other places.
We are getting payed 60 more cents an hour than your sweet potato tots.

Sweet Tots

I wanted to try your new Sweet Potato Tots, so I ordered them and they are $2.50, I know that's not a lot of money...It is when you only get 12 tots. Carhop (Not mine, she had already gone back inside, I stopped another one) she said that is the small order. Need to either lower the price or add more tots. They were VERY good, but I doubt that I will get them again because of the amount you get for cost.

Sweet Tots

It was rude of you to bring it up to the carhop. You knew the price. You could have asked how many tots came in it. That's your responsibility, not the carhop's, not Sonic's. The carhop does not magically control the prices. There is nothing a little entry-level wageslave can do about the price of something in a huge corporation. If you want to actually do something about it, then call corporate, or vote with your dollars.

$2.50 is about 20 cents a tot. If that's too much for you, then you don't have to buy it.
