I filed a complaint against an employee on October 11th 2017 on a supposed manager named Ashley at the sonic in Sanford and it was totally dismissed, they even removed her name from the complaint so people wouldn't be able to pin point her at visits . This is totally unacceptable , the problem not even eliminated. Your customers must not be important because someone like her wouldn't work at my store . I will take this to the highest level to make sure something is done about it to keep her from being ride to paying customers in the future , period .
