My neighbor used to play with my neck and say "gobble gobble" - degrading and insulting the process of aging; supports ageistic view of American culture. These procedures could enhance those who might like it but do they really need to make those of us who chose not to use their services feel uncomfortable? Was it a 30 year old marketing expert in charge of making this commercial? Profit mongerers!

Be aware Sono Bello is all about the money. Before I even had my procedure done they had already taken out a big lump sum of money from Care Credit which that send a red flag to me right away I ask them why do you do this and you have not yet performed a procedure I was told this is our way we do things here after asking Care Credit about what had been done I was told they are not supposed to do that but they do I have been dealing with them for 3 weeks about charging me more than I was told at my consultation I have made alot of calls and have been transferred to different people back and forth no one has resolved my issue and I am now ready to go forward and get an attorney .

I had an awful experience in the Sacramento Sonobello office after paying over 6000.00 and have horrible results, lumpy stomach and inner thigh. At the 6 month consultation, the Dr was almost an hour late(I sat and waited in my gown the whole time) said there was nothing he can do until I I told him my results are not acceptable and I will seek another opinion and an attorney if needed. All of a sudden he said well maybe I can. This in itself is not acceptable. If you look at my results, it is freakish looking and unnatural!
I am considering send photos of my results to the Drs TV show and exposing this company.

Does corporate even read the Yelp reviews? I wish I did BEFORE my procedure, all the same story. Unacceptable!

I have a huge complaint for fraud for these people I have tried to get ahold of someone in the corporate office, no one will give me the name or number to get ahold of anyone, I was told tonight by Shayna in customer service she doesnt have a corporate address nor does she have a name or number of who would be in charge of the sacramento location. Super aggressive sales pitch with promises of great results. I had my waist, stomach and inner thighs done. The procedure was so uncomfortable and short. I have followed diet and exercise was suckered into paying for an $80.00 girdle that should be used for 6 months after surgery. My stomach is lumpy and disfigured, nothing changed in my waist and the worst is my inner thighs...completely disfigured and also discolored. Stay away from this place. They kept promising that you will see results after 6 months and even more so as time went by. I have spoken to a lawyer and plan to file a lawsuit for false advertisement. Not only have I been depressed over this. I also wasted $5000.00. Beware and stay away from this place.

Here is my complaint I sent directly to Sono Bello. I am now 9 months post procedure and I see no real results. They too told me I would be much smaller in my flanks, and abdominal area, and bra roll, however there has yet to be any change, except a very slight one. Please read below my concerns, and they are still true today. Is there a Law Firm willing to do a class action. I have seen too many complaints...about this so-called reputable company

My overall experience with the staff was a pleasant and professional one. I have no complaints when in comes to the customer service they provide. However, there are a couple of concerns that I do have.

1. I am very new to this process, and was not quite sure the questions to ask. I was clear in regards to my expectations though. Flat stomach, NO love handles, and bra roll gone. I was more than a little surprised when I came in for my first treatment, and told that it would be broken up into 2 treatments, because I was having my bra roll done as well, to optimize the fat reduction. Over 6 weeks later, there is no obvious reduction in my bra roll. After a consultation my sister did with Sonobello physician, she was told that they have seen very little results with liposuction in the bra roll area. I brought that to the attention of your personnell, and she assured me that this was untrue. Again, I have not seen any difference in that area after 6 weeks.

2. I was not made aware that only a certain amount of fat could be taken. I was under the impression that all fat would be removed from the areas designated, until it was flat and smooth., which is not at all the case. Although there is fat gone, I was expecting a way better result. Although, I understand that I need to wait 6 months to see the final results, I have to admit that I am concerned.

3. I am uneven in areas., abdomen, flanks, and absolutely no loss in the bra roll, my right side is smaller than my left.

4. I also applied for Care Credit, and was approved but an over limit was reported to my credit report which brought my credit score down 25 points. I don't understand the over limit, called Care Credit who then instructed me to contact Sonnobello which I contacted Amanda via email on May 21, 2014 and have yet to receive a response from her to date 06/11/2014. I will be contacting the credit agencies to make sure that this removed immediately.





In summary, Sonnobello is really not clear on what is possible and what is not possible. My expectations assured by Sonnobello, do not at all match the results that I am seeing. I am following a diet plan, which was suggested.. by eating Clean Food, reducing calories, excercise 5 days a week for 45 minutes to an hour a day, + other activities, I am wearing my garment 8 to 10 hours a day, I have lost approximately 1 to 2 pants, and dress sizes, I am tittering in the middle. Althoug, I do look better in my clothes, I believe Sonnobello is not real clear on presenting the facts, of what this kind of surgery can do and cannot do. I am well aware that I am a large woman BMI 36 at the time, I was not looking to be left with the body of a goddess, but I was expecting to have a flat stomach, and erased love handles so that I could wear my shirts, t-shirts, etc. tucked in, without the appearance of fat around the middle. That did not happen, and not real confident that it will go away.

All in all, I know I wasted my $1749 for the removal of the bra roll, and may have wasted money on the other, and may have should have tried harder on losing the results I have received from Sonnobello for a fraction of the cost. As they say, you live and you learn...

I was not expecting a miracle, but definately better results at this point. I went with Sonnobello because I thought that they are well known, per the commercials, the website results, and testimonials, via their website.

I contacted the Corporate office as suggested by last poster and they have resolved my complaint. I highly recommend other people claiming unfavorable issues do the same. I was honestly treated with respect and diligence in my matter. I cannot remove my post but I would like to retract my statement that I would sue them, because they were more than cordial in dealing with me, and a law suit was not required and need not even be threatened.. I suggest you give them the opportunity to do the same for you. I would like to add that I am not being asked to write this, I am sincerely doing this by free will, because I know other companies require you make a "verbatum" statement, and that is not the case. I think if you contact the correct person and give them a chance you will feel differently as I do.
