Took my money Canceled my surgery. No refund and lies to the credit card company. Went to prep surgery, received instructions, followed them. Day of surgery Dr. said I was not healthy enough and I could die in surgery,,,, He said he took and oath. Dr, Said I would get credit. Apparently he doesn't run the company.

I went to sonobella in cleveland ohio to have liposuction and i was given presctiiptions to have filled day before procedure however i could not get pain medication due to me being on an opiate blocker which i did tell nurse face to face she said it would not affect me well the day of procedure the doctor said i did not tell her or mark it on forms i did not fill out formsphil thomas askeed me all questions and marked forms and read all rights to me and i did initial and sign the doctor on day of procedure accused me of having track marks and humiliated me today is one day later December 7th 2017 and i have been drug tested only having zanax in my system and verified no track marks then on the sixth yesterday they violated the hippa law by calling my roommate into a seperate room and discussed all my buisnes with her without consent from me and now they are refusing to return my 5000 dollars i paid and have a receipt for. I am so hurt and humiliated by this and my rights were violated completely i want my money returned and i intend to file a law suit because of the hippa law.
