Deceitful results after surgery
On January 14, 2017, I visited Sonobello and met with Chelsy Bishop, Sr. Patient Care Consultant. We discussed Liposuction non-invasive surgery. Ms. Bishop told me that I was a candidate for the surgery for my upper and lower abdomen and my waist and that my body would be transformed that I was going to be wearing a bikini by the Summer. I paid almost $6,000 for the surgery. On February 4, 2017, I had the surgery and followed the instructions given post-surgery. After the surgery I saw minor results and I was sucked into paying an additional $1,800 for venus treatments that would have helped me with the swelling and getting better results. Every time I went for the venus session, I complained that I was not seeing much results, I kept hearing the same thing that it takes approximately 6-months to see the results. On July 24, 2017, and my last venus treatment, I saw the Sonobello doctor who told me that there was nothing he could do for me because he took as much fat from the areas as he could. The doctor recommended that I speak to management to discuss my dissatisfaction of the results that were promised during my consultation. I have rolls of fat in the areas that I had the surgery and even after I received 11 sessions of venus treatments. On July 25, 2017, I e-mailed Vanessa Cunnigham, Practice Manager detailing my disappointment and dissatisfaction of the results of my surgery and she ignored my e-mail. On July 27, 2017, I called Sonobello's Corporate office in Arizona and I complained to them as well. I was told that someone was going to get back to me, and no one ever did. On August 3, 2017, I faxed a letter to Vanessa Cunnigham detailing how I was deceit by the company and I am yet to receive a call. I want Sonobello to do a revision and provide me with the service that I paid for. If they cannot fulfill what was promised to me, I want to at least recover the money that they charged me for a surgery that I saw very little results. I spent almost $8,000 and I am at a loss. Sonobello is not helping me but is avoiding my pleas and no one is reaching out to me to correct what was done to me. Thank you for your assistance in this matter. Esther Gutierrez - (570) 517-6864
