First time was in 2014 this procedure was awesome lost 30 lbs had no complaints. What happened this time, I was talked down to, left waiting in 2 rooms at least an hour are more, Doctor came in looked at the scars told me to wait never came back. Found someone spoke to her, was told I had to lose 25 lbs he will then redo the surgery. SONOBELLO, knew this would be hard for me to do because of my disability, told me my BMI was to high I have my paperwork BMI is the same before and after. Gave SONOBELO another $6,000 dollars they did nothing too show for it, but held out their greedy hands and took the money with a big smile
1. Ms. Nichols, this will be the last email (SONOBELLO) receive. I have been trying to get the surgery done by (Dr. John Schue) that left dark uneven marks on the back of my thighs, independent located on the inner of both thighs which is uneven and (dang well not least) my upper stomach was never done. Why want someone ask Dr. Schue, why I was given something, where I was out during the entire procedure? didn't know how the after surgery garment was put on, then someone helped my husband get me into the car. Once I got home my daughter help get me out the car an into the house, I slept until 9:30 am the following day. I am SO-SO tried of trying to get anyone in ur management department to have the decency to reach out and try to get this resolved. But instead I'm being ignored now that you have taken my money.

Sad part about this case is (management has stated) they have called but could not reach me (answer to this problem) if you can't reach anyone there is an invention called the answering machine which I have. But the management department from (SONOBELLO) could not do this!! I wonder why??? maybe because they never tried.
3. I have given (SONOBELLO) 2 months to at least try to work with me but for some reason they don't want to. They are all about ripping you off, If there's mistakes done by the surgeon who performed the procedure, you can't even have it redone are get money back.

5. SONOBELLO, has been notified that you were called out once about not being professional and disrespecting the patients. Now it's my turn for me to be heard loud and clear, to any and everyone that's listening.
