Over a year and a half ago I went in to have my jowls removed. I subsequently have had two revisions and one side is still there. When I went to make another appt for a follow up from last revision I was told my surgeon was no longer with the company. That was need to me! So they booked me 3 weeks later with another doctor who suggested a neck lift. When I did my initial paperwork there was a section that stated if still disatified there would be a 40% reduction on the same area. I was contacted by the office manger after requesting a price on a neck lift. I was told the best they could do was the 'friends and family' discount of $1500.00. So my cost would be $6,500 give or take. That means they are telling me I need to pay a total of $10k for jowls!? Absolutely ridiculous
