Sony Bravia

I have purchased Sony Bravia 32CX
am now facing sound compliant for the past 6 months
even keeping sound count of 90 plus unable to hear sound in the TV
and Picture quality is very poor
Please do the needful

colour display

since 4 days facing the problem of colour display on my Sony Bravia LCD TV. Despite lodging complaint on 18001037799, no technician/ engineer has attended to the same.
