For a while now I’ve noticed that in every 20 pack of cigarettes I bought (sterling Blue) at least 2 are substandard..
ie , ends falling off, hard unsmokable parts of cigarette,

I find it very unfair that you cannot return opened packages plus you never really come across the sub standard cigarette until you’ve smoked at least 5 😡😡
