Been smoking sovereign dual since moving from Canada 2 years ago. Just bought a pack that all the cigarettes were actually menthol which I despise. This is the 2nd time this has happened recently so thought I’d mention as it’s fairly annoying. Is this a common thing with this brand?

Hi I recently bought 20 blue sovereign from my local and when I opened the back there was sovereign sky blues inside the blue sovereign king size box! I took them back to show the lady in shop but she could not help and told me to contact the makers. Matt

i,ve been in to coop to night asked for blue got dual your packaging is much the same i asked my bloke to got me some fags the other day he come back with dual he asked for blue he did,ent know he does,ent somke so he would,ent know. why have you made it so much the same i smoke same packet but dual when did you bring these out over a few weeks he has brought the same i just thought it was him you need to look at it they are so much the same mrs meehan 07966148409 ps i have a receipt to prove my point

This is the 2nd pack off sovereign duals ive brought in 3days,and both packs have only 5 fags with the ball of mint in there,im not happy about this and will be taken it futher if the matter isnt resolved
